This sweet itch rug functions as an effective fly rug, shielding your horse from midges, flies, and other biting insects.
Designed to fit snugly, the Riding World Sweet Itch Rug is elasticated and adjustable so it fits perfectly to your horse’s body, featuring adjustable elastic straps at the top and base of the neck, and around each rear leg with PVC clips.
A wide, removable belly girth covers the belly and clips over the back of the sweet itch rug.
The Riding World Sweet Itch Rug is fitted over the horse’s head, then pulled over the body. The position of the sweet itch rug is maintained with a velcro and clip anchoring system between the front legs to the belly girth, and the belly girth interlocking with the rug over the back. Additionally, this zebra sweet itch rug includes a large tail flap and is made from a material that wicks away sweat, keeping the horse comfortable.
